The Dream Venue
The HRPAF and Dream are deeply committed to creating spaces that inspire and uplift communities. Dream’s philosophy of "building better communities" by integrating spaces where people can live, work, and connect aligns seamlessly with HRPAF's mission of fostering inclusivity and accessibility for individuals of all ages, abilities, and economic backgrounds through the arts…all in a net-zero carbon building

The Venue is more than a building—it is a transformative space where children, seniors, families, and individuals from diverse cultures come together to experience education, mentorship, and inspiration. Dream’s goals and values perfectly complement our purpose, creating a unique synergy that could serve as a beacon for community engagement and cultural enrichment

We believe in building inclusive communities and exceptional places for people to live and work.

Through its commitment to the Green and Inclusive Community Building Program, the HRPAF is proud to be the driving force behind High River's first public net-zero carbon building. This facility will incorporate various climate resilience measures and will meet world-class accessibility standards. We invite Dream Unlimited to be a leader and educator in the drive to demonstrate and showcase the technologies and techniques involved in net-zero construction, climate resilience and building accessibility.

The High River Performing Arts Foundation is a huge asset to the Southern Alberta Arts community. The vision of the physical building, The Venue, is monumental and will greatly increase the quality and quantity of professional arts in the Foothills Region. They are avid supporters that not only offer resources but encourage all form of artists to create in their space.

Join Us in Leading Change
We invite you to become a visionary leader in equity, diversity, inclusion, community, and belonging by partnering with us as we showcase the future of environmental and accessibility-building standards. Your sponsorship will elevate your brand and contribute to a transformative community initiative.
Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
Dream's dedication to diversity and inclusion, as highlighted in your commitment to advancing equity, aligns seamlessly with HRPAF's programs and outreach initiatives. From barrier-free access programs to cultural heritage celebrations during Alberta Culture Days, HRPAF actively creates opportunities for marginalized and underserved groups. Together, we can amplify this impact by enabling the HRAPF to increase utilization and provide more diverse programming with an indoor space that is inclusive and welcoming for all.
Creating a Vibrant Community
Developing a performing and creative arts centre in High River will fill a significant gap left by the flood of 2013. Through your ongoing community development projects, Dream Unlimited has a strong presence in High River and the Foothills region. This partnership would further solidify Dream’s role as a key contributor to the town's growth and cultural enrichment, building on your existing efforts to create a vibrant, sustainable community.

One time only opportunity
You have the opportunity to be the first-ever, and continuing, naming sponsor of High River’s first public net-zero carbon building, which incorporates climate resilience measures and world-class accessibility standards while bringing arts and creativity to the heart of our community. As the first, the added publicity, recognition and attention this building will garner, will leave a lasting memory for many years to come.

Some of our activities have been severely restricted ever since the devastating flood of 2013. Our town lost the W. O. Mitchell theatre housed in our library and the town Culture center. Both facilities were well used by Windmill. We believe the Venue building can and will replace those lost facilities.

Exclusive Benefits of this Partnership:
1. Visibility Potential
Our events attract significant foot traffic and online engagement, providing exceptional visibility for our sponsors. The Venue has built a dedicated online community with over 3400 connected community members and we expect our community will continue to grow as we build. We currently welcome over 3400 attendees to outdoor summer programming from June to September with an anticipated growth of 300% with the opening of a year-round indoor facility that will enable greater utilization and more diverse programming. Over the past five years, audience members have come from High River, Okotoks, Foothills County, Calgary and many other national and international locals as they travel to and from the Alberta Foothills and Rockies. This increase in attendance will enhance your brand's exposure through print media, social media and radio as the HRPAF actively promotes programming at The Venue year round.
2. Advertising Opportunities
Based on your sponsorship level, we offer top billing advertising opportunities to ensure that your brand is recognized for its contribution.

3. Enhanced Exclusive Use Options
To further enhance your experience as a sponsor, we provide opportunities for exclusive use of the Venue space, based on your sponsorship level, such as hosting holiday parties, corporate appreciation events and/or staff gatherings.
Additionally sponsors could receive:

-
Discounts and/or complimentary tickets for shows and events
4. Complimentary Highlights of Sponsors
To further enhance your sponsorship exposure, we provide opportunities for brand recognition in, on and around The Venue, based on your sponsorship level.
